REGULATIONS FOR WINTER PROMOTION
applies to terrace doors, exterior doors and windows.

(1) The Promoter of the Promotion is MIROX Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, hereinafter referred to as the “ORGANIZER” with its registered office in Poznań at the following address: 61-483 Poznań ul. Górecka 104, entered in the register of entrepreneurs under the KRS number 0000182741 of the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda , VIII Economic Division of the KRS with a paid-up share capital of PLN 500,000.
(2) These Regulations, hereinafter referred to as “REGULATIONS”, set out the conditions for participation in the Bonus Promotion and the rules for its organization and conduct, including in particular the rules and procedure for granting an additional discount.
(3) The content of these Regulations is made available on the Organizer’s website www.mirox.pl, and in the Organizer’s showrooms located at: Poznań ul. Harcerska 10 i ul. Górecka 104., open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The promotion is organized from November 5, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to December 29, 2023 until 8:00 p.m. 14.00 at the Organizer’s showrooms located at: Poznan ul. Harcerska 10 i ul. Górecka 104.,
5. The promotion covers doors and windows manufactured by the Organizer, based on selected Aluplast NEO, ID 4000, ID 7000 and ID 8000 profiles. The amount of discount granted depends on the size of the order and the type of products ordered.
6. The promotion is addressed to natural persons with full legal capacity.
7. the Promotion is nationwide, and its rules are set forth in these Regulations Participation in this promotion is voluntary.
7. Participants of the Promotion shall be those who have purchased in the period from November 5, 2023. to Dezember 29, 2023. products at one of the company’s showrooms.
9. Each Participant taking part in the Promotion agrees to the application of all provisions of these Regulations. By the fact of placing an order, the Promotion Participant confirms that he/she is familiar with the provisions of these Regulations.
10. The discount does not include aluminum profiles or other window components (i.e., glass, hardware, handles or ventilators); the discount does not include the installation service of the Products.
11. All complaints and objections regarding the Promotion should be submitted by Participants in writing and delivered in person or via postal carrier to the Organizer’s address: Mirox Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością ul. Harcerska 10 , 61-011 Poznań
12. Complaints can only be filed during the Promotion. Complaints posted at a Polish postal operator’s facility by December 29, 2023. (postmarked by the postal operator)
13. Complaints will be considered immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint by the Organizer. The Organizer will send a written response to the complaint to the address indicated by the Participant in the submitted complaint. (postmarked by the postal operator).
14. After exhaustion of the complaint procedure, the Participant has the right to pursue unsuccessful claims in court proceedings under the general rules.
15. The person responsible for the Promotion is: Joanna Kruszyńska, Member of the Management Board of Mirox Limited Liability Company based in Poznań.
16. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations while notifying Participants via the Organizer’s website at www.mirox.pl.
17. These Regulations are the only document defining the rules of the Promotion.
18. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the generally applicable provisions of the Civil Code will apply.
19. The regulations come into effect on November 5, 2023.
