GOLD MEDAL BUDMA 2022
In 2022, Mirox was awarded the Gold Medal of the BUDMA trade fair in Poznań. The award-winning products are distinguished by their attention to environmental aspects, functionality, and unique design. The factory received the 2022 Gold Medal for its latest Energeto Neo window system. Neo windows are an extremely attractive design proposal for customers who appreciate a simple, symmetrical even cubist shape. Interestingly, unlike the competition, it applies to both the shape on the outside and inside of the room.

BUDMA ACANTHUS AUREUS Award
The 30th anniversary BUDMA trade fair in Poznań, which is one of the most important events in the construction industry in Poland, proved extremely successful for Mirox. A huge number of fair visitors expressed their appreciation for our presented offer, and our stand, filled with market novelties, was honored with the prestigious ACANTHUS AUREUS statuette.

The ENERGO 7000 PVC window of the Mirox Factory was awarded for being technically very good, energy efficient and cost-effective in the TOP TEN OKNA 2022 competition. The award was presented - 16.11.2022 at the Haston Hotel in Wroclaw at the Top Ten gala during the conference "towards Climate Neutrality".

The implementation of the photovoltaic installation made on the roof of the Mirox office building in Poznań and on the roof of the production hall near Pobiedziska represent a wise and long-term investment in the plant. In January, Noble Parcel wrapped up the 21st edition of its social program. The result of these summaries was another record year! The world has changed for more than 700,000 Poles, and the total value of aid donated through the Noble Parcel amounted to nearly PLN 70 million. Budma gold medal
Our new product: the FAMILY VIEW window , won the recognition of the Experts of the Competition Jury and was among the Gold Medalists at BUDMA 2019 in Poznań. The MTP Gold Medal-winning window is characterized in particular by increased resistance to burglary, has an excellent heat balance and, in addition, lets in more light. It uses new-generation insulating glass and activPilot hardware in the RC2 class. The display window with Woodtec technology perfectly imitates the structure of wood, arousing great interest among visitors.

The opening of the Natural Pavilion at the
Ethnographic Park in Dziekanowice took place at the grand opening of the Natural Pavilion, a project of the Architecture Students' Research Circle, which we had the pleasure of supporting. The facility was built with naturally sourced materials, topped with a green "living" roof and equipped with windows with a natural "weathering function on the 6th".

INNOVATIVE WINDOW MANUFACTURING
At the beginning of 2018, Mirox moved its window production to a newly built modern hall in Pobiedziska. Despite the excellent premises, the expected production efficiency was not achieved at first. In January 2019, together with engineers from Winkhaus, we implemented a project to change the organization of production workstations, resulting in significant improvements in quality and production efficiency. Since then, we have been training, improving and implementing, regularly and continuously.

Women of the woodwork industry
On February 22-23, the twentieth Carpentry Convention organized by StolarkaVIP was held, during which we met the winners of the fourth edition of the Women of the Carpentry Industry program. The program aims to honor exceptional women in a male-dominated industry. Joinery is increasingly opening up to women. And rightly so, because they give it a unique character. Mirox Deputy Director Joanna Kruszyńska was awarded as the best of the best.

Mirox at the Fair in France
At the ARTIBAT Fair in Rennes, October 24-26, 2018, we presented new, innovative and interesting window and door solutions dedicated specifically to the French market. Monoblock and Renowation window systems supplied by profile manufacturer Aluplast were of great interest to visitors. Renovation windows are mainly installed in France, but also in Belgium, the Netherlands and Italy.

Opening of new PVC production hall
Our existing industry activity has recently gained considerable momentum. Our current activity Growing demand for high-quality products of the window and door joinery sector has entailed not only an increase in the number of employees, but also the decision to build a new production hall at 6 Partners Street in Główna near Pobiedziska.The industry has recently gained considerable momentum. A modern production and warehouse hall together with an office area of more than 3,000 square meters combined with a machinery park is now open. You are welcome!

Cooperation with Poznan University of Technology
On June 12, 2014, the 5th Logistics Gala was held at Poznan University of Technology with the participation of our company. Students of the Logistics course conducted at the Faculty of Management Engineering of Poznań University of Technology and SOCILAPP, presented a student project carried out at our factory in the first quarter of this year. The aim of the project was to implement cutting-edge technologies and establish permanent cooperation in the effective use of simulation to solve complex business problems concerning the optimization of production processes. We thank the group of students who led the project at our Factory for their work and full commitment. We wish you further success.

We had the pleasure of presenting "live" three-layer joinery installation at BUDMA 2013 in Poznań. We present a short video from the Fair with our professionals, who were literally besieged. Their performances drew crowds, and they had the opportunity to give a lot of practical advice on how to deal with the so-called "warm installation".
