Oświadczam, że przekazuje Państwu dane osobowe osoby fizycznej na potrzeby prowadzenia postępowania reklamacyjnego na podstawie zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 roku. W przypadku nieuzasadnionego wezwania serwisu gwarancyjnego, tzn. takiego w którym serwisant nie stwierdził na miejscu błędu ze strony firmy MIROX, reklamujący zostanie obciążony kosztami dojazdu i ewentualnej naprawy. W razie wezwania i przyjazdu serwisanta z firmy MIROX, na miejscu zgłoszonej reklamacji musi się znajdować osoba reprezentująca składającego reklamację w ramach ustaleń co do winy usterki i sposobów jej usunięcia. W przypadku montażu uszkodzonego towaru, jest on przyjęty przez kupującego jako wolny od wad i nie może być reklamowany. Nie dotyczy to uszkodzeń szyb.
